From Friday to Friday, we will be fully occupied every minute of every day, leaving Tel Aviv area at 07:30 on 23/02, returning to Tel Aviv area about 14:00 on 02/03 with travel by bus and/or coach.

The first day is introduction to culture (Bedouin museum) and history (Massada) and first night will be at a desert encampment in the middle of nowhere. Bring a Sleeping Bag, you will need it!!!

The second day will concentrate on nature (Ein Gedi oasis nature reserve) and human life in the desert from prehistory to date, concluding at Metzoke Dragot, on the cliff above the Dead Sea.

The following 5 days we will live and work while inspired by desert environment and experiences.

On the final day (Thursday 01/03) the teams will present results for benefit and enjoyment of all.

The first evening after welcoming the Sabbath, we gather around the campfire. Teachers will tell stories or anecdotes from their own experience. Key word is: "Experiences", so... please prepare.

Once we arrive at Metzoke Dragot, we will be divided into 8 teams, as versatile as possible – teachers/students and girls/boys, not two from a same department or school on any team.

Mornings are greeted at sunrise with meditation and Qi Gong (those interested, not forced on any).

Evenings (after dinner) are first dedicated to contents – schools & countries, then followed by party. For your evening you can prepare any kind of presentation, program or games, you may contribute to the dinner by bringing non-meat food ingredients (we do not have access to kitchen), and you are welcome to enhance the culinary, liquid and musical components of your party. The schedule is:

[Sun.Germany, Mon.Poland / Estonia, Tue.Belgium / France, Wed.Austria / Slovenia, Thur. Brazil / Israel]

And yes, we hope to hold the traditional IDEM auction (Martin, we depend on your talent & will), so everyone should bring item(s) for sale at the auction, thank you.
